TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions are offered in the sincere interest of fair trade for all concerned.

• Absolutely all payments are non refundable.
• Each block of 5 lessons must be paid in advance (e.g. on the 2nd meeting with a new student or on the 5th lesson of a continuing student).
• Each group of five (5) lessons will expire after a total of 5 consecutive working weeks, after the payment.
• All materials received from Guitar Impressions by the student, remains the property of Greg Cook of Guitar Impressions, and cannot be used for any other purpose other than for private study by the registered student.
• In the event that a student is unable to attend a lesson, the lesson will be forfeited. A make-up lesson may be arranged provided that a vacancy exists.
• Non attendance at a make-up lesson will be recorded as an attendance. A ‘Make-Up Lesson’, once agreed upon, cannot be transferred to another time or day.
